Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and assist in integrating social media channels such as Line and WhatsApp using Twilio and ADA configuration. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend development, API integration, and a strong understanding of Twilio’s capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and timelines.

• Develop and implement solutions for integrating Line and WhatsApp with our existing systems using Twilio.

• Configure ADA (Automated Decisioning Assistant) to optimize automated responses and workflows.

• Ensure seamless communication between social media channels and our platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in Twilio and social media API technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in frontend & backend development using languages such as Python, React.js Node.js, or Java.

• Strong understanding of Twilio API and its integration capabilities.

• Experience integrating social media platforms like Line and WhatsApp into web applications.

• Familiarity with ADA configuration and automation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with ADA or similar decisioning platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
