As the Turbine Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all turbine operations and maintenance activities. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance turbine performance and efficiency, oversee maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize overall plant performance and provide technical guidance to operations staff. Your role will involve identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for turbine operations, participating in budgeting and cost control activities, and preparing reports on turbine performance and maintenance. It is essential to stay updated on industry developments and best practices in turbine operations to ensure the plant's optimal functioning. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.,

Role & responsibilities :- 1. To assist CPP control room for safe Startup and safe shutdown of equipment following SOP, SOCs & Work instructions and handling emergency scenario effectively by carrying out field operations. 2. Ensuring daily LLF to identify leakages, abnormality or defects in equipment, steam traps, pipes, insulation etc. and communication to DCS engineer / Shift In-charge with possible corrective actions / follow up for corrective actions, giving input for updating shutdown register for needed action. 3. Taking samples of water and steam streams from identified sampling points as per SOP. 4. Assisting control rooms for compliance to IBR rules and requirements for boiler operation and maintenance like IBR shutdown related works, hydro test, steam test, PSV, Trip, Interlocks verification etc.

We are currently looking for Rotating Equipment Engineers, functionally reporting to Lead Engineer and administratively to Head Mechanical based out of Chennai. The resource will handle the requisitions independently for various units in the project. Candidate will be handling the Machinery related activities for the EPCM in Project. About the Job: Preparation of Material requisitions, Specifications, Data sheets, ITP etc for the various rotating equipments. Vendor offer evaluation and preparation of Technical Bid Tabulation reports Preparation of Purchase Order documents. Vendor document review and approval. Coordination with other disciplines for resolution of various Engineering issues and development. Coordination with the Client for resolution of Engineering issues and developments. Organizing different meetings with different disciplines, Vendors, Client for resolution of various Engineering issues/activities. Progress reporting for the various Project activities. About the Candidate: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 15 yrs experience in similar EPC companies in the field of Rotating equipments and conversant with API and ISO standards for all the Rotating equipments like pumps, Compressors , steam turbines, lube oil systems, Material of Construction etc and other rotating equipments. Dynamic and motivated, Capability to perform the work on time with the required Company quality level. Attitude to work in team and in an International environment. Organized and curious about the technical problems to be resolved. These characteristics will be the assets and necessary to succeed in this position. Availability to international mobility for either short- or long-term assignment. Shop/Site experience and Knowledge of Industrial Plant.

1. Operate & monitor turbine equipment via DCS panel for smooth operation. 2. Analyze plant parameters, alarms & trends to identify potential issues. 3. Execute safe start-ups, shutdowns & emergency shutdowns as per SOPs. Required Candidate profile NPTI-Freshers Can also Apply

Role & responsibilities : 1. Operation of TG/Boiler in shift activities 2. Knowledge on TG operation, Cooling Tower, ACW/MCW Pumps, Oil Circuit, Basic Boiler operation, TG/Boiler DCS operation, Shift reports, 3. Emergency trouble shooting in Elect system LT/HT.Breaker Operation ,Single Line Diagram, Switch yard etc 4. Managing TG shift activities independently 5. Handling manpower in the shift. 6. Operating TG through DCS 7. Provide predictive and preventative maintenance support to all maintenance crew and record equipment maintenance history. 8. Conduct field round, check equipment and address abnormalities if any 9. Ensure that all maintenance activities as per plan within the approved budget. Ensure best practices are applied. 10. Plan, obtain sanction and execute Capex, focus improvement and one-off activities towards improvement in the areas of product, process improvements, maintenance reliability & cost reduction 11. Responsible for development and implementation of effective programs for training employees 12. Actively participate in the TPM initiatives as per role. Work with the team to achieve all the performance indicators and pillar/JH KPIs 13. Ensure the safety and well-being of self and all employees in the job and proactively address all safety concerns 14. Ensure that all the statutory norms are followed and coordinate audits like EHS, ISO-9001, ISO-14001,ISO 450001,ISO 50001 and address any non-conformance if any 15. Preferably acquainted with software like SAP, Computer Operation etc. Preferred candidate profile: Only candidates with B.tech/ B.E Electrical are preffered. NOTE- Mechanical students are not preferred.

Having knowledge about power operations especially turbine operations Key Responsibilities: Turbine Operations: Operate and monitor turbine equipment and auxiliary systems through the DCS panel to maintain optimal performance. Monitoring: Continuously observe and analyze plant parameters, alarms, and trends to ensure smooth and efficient turbine operation. Troubleshooting: Identify abnormalities or operational issues, take corrective actions, and report deviations to the shift supervisor/manager. Start-Up and Shutdown: Execute safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations of turbine systems in accordance with standard operating procedures.
