Job Description

As a Manager in our

SAP

Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

SAP EPPM/PS Professional should have:

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP PPM and PS modules.
  • Design and configure SAP solutions for:
  • Project structuring (Project Definition, WBS, Networks, Activities)
  • Project planning, budgeting, forecasting, progress tracking
  • Portfolio and project management dashboards, approvals, workflows
  • Resource planning, capacity management, and time recording
  • Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and prepare blueprint documents.
  • Collaborate with Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), and HR (CATS/Time) teams for cross-functional integration.
  • Drive solution architecture aligned with business needs and SAP best practices.
  • Lead migration of project-related master and transactional data.
  • Provide expert support for testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live preparation.
  • Create and review functional specifications for reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with latest SAP innovations in PPM and PS, including SAP Fiori and S/4HANA capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10 15 years of experience in SAP PPM and PS modules.
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations including S/4HANA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project management and portfolio lifecycle.
  • Expertise in project budgeting, cost control, revenue planning, and settlement.
  • Integration experience with SAP FICO, MM, SD, CATS, and HR.
  • Experience with workflow configuration, Fiori apps, and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record in leading project teams and managing client interactions.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired qualifications

  • Graduate degree in B.Sc ( Computer science), B.E, B.Tech or post graduate in MBA
  • 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
  • SAP Certification in PS or PPM modules is preferred
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.

  • Base location: Kolkata
  • Experience in the consulting industry.
