Job Description

As a manager in the team, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the PAM tools such as CyberArk, Delinea and BeyondTrust. You will work closely with the project managers and team members to ensure successful delivery of privileged access management solutions to our clients.

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and operations of PAM solutions.
Provide hands-on engineering support across CyberArk PVWA, CPM, PSM, AAM, EPM, and PTA.
Oversee CyberArk administration, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Run DNA scans, analyze findings, and drive remediation of anomalies.
Build scalable onboarding frameworks and automation for privileged account onboarding.
Define and enforce privileged password, credential, and vaulting policies.
Drive coding, testing, debugging, and production deployments for PAM integrations.
Manage day-to-day PAM technical operations, ensuring SLA adherence, incident resolution, request fulfilment, and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with IAM, Infrastructure, SOC, and application teams; act as a high-level technical escalation point.
Experience in operational management, including incidents, changes, and continuous improvements in PAM environment.
Experience With Other PAM Platforms (Good to have)
Familiarity with BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access / Password Safe.
Experience with Delinea (Thycotic) Secret Server / Privilege Manager.
Exposure to Azure PIM, AWS IAM Identity Center, or GCP IAM for cloud-native privileged access controls.
Understanding of HashiCorp Vault or other secrets-management tools.

Desired qualifications

Minimum bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience working in PAM Domain with minimum 2 years of implementation experience in Privileged Access Management.
Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning and communication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.

Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading and motivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.

Acts as a point of reference and can respond to day-to-day direction, financial and operational queries.
B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.
Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.

Base location: Bangalore
This profile requires working from office all 5 days.
