Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TSM BSM SM located within Kolkata. The role involves managing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The TSM BSM SM will also be responsible for overseeing the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of the housing finance industry, loan application processes, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market in Rajarhat is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
