Its Planning & Execution To achieve the sales target (category wise) of the assigned territory & implement plans/corrective actions to achieve targets. To increase the depth & breadth of distribution by effective implementation of RREP 1 & RREP 2 targets. To maintain the retail data base & conduct daily visits to the retail counters. Sales & Market development To develop the secondary sales market & meeting the retailers on daily basis. To achieve the secondary sales target of the assigned territory & implement plans/corrective actions to achieve targets. To work jointly with the distributors sales person to ensure appropriate retail support. Debtor management. To follow-up with channel finance team for opening and approval for account for new & existing dealers/distributor. To coordinate/follow up with the distributor for timely payment. Brand positioning/Market Mapping To increase brand awareness of products by executing branding & sales promotion activities like in shop Meets, Dealer - Distributor Meets.
