Trustee Officer - Asset Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Trustees and discharge the activities assigned.

Co-ordinate, supervise, for Compliance and Legal functions of the Trustee Company.

Co-ordinate, supervise for compliance under SEBI Regulations, Corporate Laws, etc. for Trustee Company of Mutual Fund.

Ensuring various Compliances as per SEBI Regulations on day-to-day basis, internal compliance systems including PIT regulations etc.

Ensuring due diligence on the responsibilities of Trustees specified by SEBI vide Regulation, Guidelines and Circulars issued from time to time.

Liaison with the Compliance department of the AMC

Monitor the Action taken report prescribed by the Trustees and follow up action.

To act as the Link between SEBI and Trustee Directors

Arrangements for Board Meetings of Trustee Co.

Drafting minutes of Board meeting and Committee meetings of Trustee Company.

Co-ordination of Statutory Audit, SEBI Audit, Internal Audit, etc.

Co-ordination with Auditors appointed for special audits, etc.

Ensuring timely implementation of SEBI circulars w.r.t Trustee's obligations.

Preparation of Trustee report to unitholders and timely circulation.

Preparation of Trustee reports to be filed with SEBI, etc.

Ensuring timely compliances, reporting and submissions as applicable to Trustee Company.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualified Company Secretary with 5-6 years of experience in MF or trustee compliances

Mutual Fund background must.

Should have reasonable experience of understanding and implementing SEBI regulations and guidelines.

Experience in Internal Audit will be an added advantage.

Ability to liaise with SEBI, Auditors, Regulators, Board members, etc
