Co-ordinate, supervise for compliance under SEBI Regulations, Corporate Laws, etc. for Trustee Company of Mutual Fund. Ensuring various Compliances as per SEBI Regulations on day-to-day basis, internal compliance systems including PIT regulations etc. Ensuring due diligence on the responsibilities of Trustees specified by SEBI vide Regulation, Guidelines and Circulars issued from time to time.
