The Asset Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the Fund’s real estate assets. This includes overseeing leasing, property operations, capital expenditure, and exit strategies. The role requires close coordination with internal teams (investment, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (property managers, leasing agents, consultants). Key Responsibilities 1. Asset Strategy & Performance Develop and execute business plans for individual assets. Monitor asset performance (rentals, occupancy, costs) against budgets and underwriting assumptions. Identify and implement value enhancement strategies (leasing, capex, repositioning). 2. Leasing & Tenant Management Oversee leasing strategies to ensure timely occupancy and optimal rental yields. Liaise with brokers and tenants to manage negotiations and renewals. Monitor rent collections, lease expiries, and tenant satisfaction. 3. Financial Oversight Prepare and review asset-level budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly performance reports. Monitor capital expenditure and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Track IRR/MOIC metrics and support valuation processes. 4. Capex & Project Management Oversee property upgrades, fit-outs, and large-scale refurbishments.
