This includes overseeing leasing, property operations, capital expenditure, and exit strategies. The role requires close coordination with internal teams (investment, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (property managers, leasing agents, consultants). Key Responsibilities 1. Asset Strategy & Performance Develop and execute business plans for individual assets. Monitor asset performance (rentals, occupancy, costs) against budgets and underwriting assumptions. Identify and implement value enhancement strategies (leasing, capex, repositioning). 2. Leasing & Tenant Management Oversee leasing strategies to ensure timely occupancy and optimal rental yields.
