1. Design and implement end-to-end patch management workflows for each environment/allocation.
2. Establish automated patching processes for servers. 3. Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts and orchestration flows. 4. Redesign and implement the architecture to support scalability and load handling. 5. Create and standardize patch templates within TSAC (TrueSight Server Automation Console). 6. Prepare detailed SOPs, user guides, and administrative documentation. 7. Execute any additional or ad-hoc tasks/features as assigned during delivery. 8. Configure and enable the snapshot feature within TSSA (TrueSight Server Automation) for rollback and compliance support.
