Job Description – Truck / Trailer Driver (Latvia & Lithuania)

We are recruiting experienced Heavy Vehicle (Truck/Trailer) Drivers for a leading European logistics and transportation company operating across Latvia and Lithuania. With continuous fleet expansion, the employer requires 50–60 drivers every month, offering excellent long-term career growth and stable earnings.

Position: Truck / Trailer Driver (Category C–E)

Location: Latvia & Lithuania

Nationality Accepted: Indian & Nepalese

Salary & Benefits

• €1,500 – €2,500+ Net per month (based on skill, experience & performance)
• Higher earnings for drivers with strong road discipline & GCC experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid Indian or GCC Truck/Trailer Licence (C–E Category)
• IDP (International Driving Permit) is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year experience in heavy vehicle driving
• Experience letter with Apostille required
• GCC experience preferred
• Age: 22–45 years
• Basic English communication skills
• Must be medically fit with no major vision/hearing issues

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trucks/trailers safely across assigned routes
• Follow European traffic rules, safety standards & tachograph regulations
• Maintain vehicle logbooks, delivery reports & documentation
• Ensure timely loading/unloading and secure cargo handling
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness & basic maintenance checks

Job Highlights

• Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)
• Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Training: 2–6 weeks with a senior European driver after arrival
• Worksite: Lithuania (after initial onboarding)
• Cost of TRC, Tacho Card, ADR & Code 95 (approx. €700) deducted from salary gradually

Visa & Process

• Visa Type: Employment Visa (Latvia Embassy – UAE)
• Processing Time: 4–6 months
• PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) mandatory
• All documents must be apostilled/legalized as per embassy rules
• Candidate must bear joining & return tickets

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
