Troubleshooting Engineer

As a Troubleshooting Engineer at Zenatix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of RPI based Energy management systems and field devices. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing tickets efficiently using tools. - Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers. - Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues. - Coordinating with field engineers for issue resolution. - Troubleshooting RPI based Energy management system, planning, and inventory management. - Troubleshooting field devices such as LT Panel, Relay, Contactor, Energy Meter, etc. - Having knowledge of PLC and IoT will be considered a plus. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or a Diploma is mandatory. - Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Willingness to travel as this role involves 70% travel and 30% desk job.
