Troubleshooting Engineer

As a Troubleshooting Engineer at Zenatix, your primary responsibility will be managing tickets on various tools and providing on-site customer support along with remote technical assistance. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with both internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with field engineers to address troubleshooting requirements related to the RPI based Energy management system, as well as planning and inventory management. Your expertise will also be required in troubleshooting field devices such as LT Panel, Relay, Contactor, Energy Meter, etc. Knowledge of PLC and IoT will be considered advantageous for this role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or a Diploma. An experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in a similar capacity will be beneficial. As this job involves extensive travel (70%), you should be flexible and willing to undertake both on-site and desk job responsibilities.
