Job Profile We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Trip Lead to plan, lead and manage group travel experiences across various destinations, The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized and passionate about delivering memorable journeys. This role requires balancing operational efficiency with exceptional guest service - Especially in premium travel setups, where guests expect a seamless, high-quality, and personalized experience. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and lead group travel itineraries, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, handling their queries, concerns and requests with professionalism and care. Ensure safety, punctuality and adherence to schedules while being flexible to adapt to unforeseen changes. Foster a positive group dynamic, engaging with travelers to enhance their experience through stories, games and insights about destinations. Maintain detailed records of travel logistics, expenses and incident reports for operational transparency. Deliver services with a high standard of excellence, especially in premium travel setups, where guests expect personalized attention, luxury experiences and seamless coordination. Demonstrate refined communication, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving skills to match the expectations of the clients. Coordinate with accommodation providers, transport and experience hosts to ensure consistency in quality and service. Represent the brand image with professionalism, polished appearance and a guest-first mindset.
