Societe Generale Global Solution Centre is looking for Tribe Head -Peoplesoft HCM/ Oracle DB to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team as the Tribe Head - Peoplesoft HCM/ Oracle DB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and implementing solutions using Peoplesoft HCM and Oracle DB.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Implement and configure Peoplesoft HCM and Oracle DB solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Peoplesoft HCM and Oracle DB.

Job Requirements
