Job Description

Officer – Treasury

Location:

Reports to:

🎓 Education: B.Com / M.Com

Experience : 1-3 Years


Key Stakeholders:

• Internal – Finance & Accounts, Business Units, Central Hub

• External – Financial Institutions, Banks


Role Objective:

To manage and support banking relationships and treasury activities at the corporate level.


Key Responsibilities:

• Open/close domestic & international bank accounts

• Maintain and update bank signatories (online/offline as per board resolutions)

• Onboard signatories to CMS platforms across banks

• Draft board resolutions for bank account matters

• Support functions such as LEI renewals and payments to rating agencies
