Treasury Executive

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for carrying out the Treasury activities, monitoring the forex payments to vendors having wide knowledge on payment activities should be well versed in accounting.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Forex Payment:

  Making import and service payments to vendor with foreign currency through banks.

• Milk Payment:

  Making cut off wise farmer milk payments and monitoring return, mismatch. Updating UTR in SAP as well as payments completed.

• HMB Service Charge:

  Making service charges payment to HMB in charges on monthly basis and monitoring return, mismatch. Updating UTR in SAP as well as payments completed.

• Online Payment:

  Making online payments to government authorities like LWF, Factory licence, Pollution control board etc.,

• EDPMS / IDPMS closure:

  Follow up of BOE closure for import payments and Shipping bills closure for Exports with banks

• Statutory Payments:

  Making PF, ESI, Gratuity and Customs payments

• Exchange rate up dation:

  Updating daily exchange rate in SAP

• Forex Aging:

  Monitoring forex vendor aging on daily basis and initiate payment through banks

• LC / BG:

  Arranging LC and BG to Vendor and Government authorities and follow up.

• MIS:

  Preparing monthly reports like Cash flow, Loan MIS, FFR, UFCE, Financial Covenants, MCLR and Stock statement to banks

• Loan Documentation:

  Arranging documentation for Long term loan and short term loan pre and post drawdown

• Loan Accounting:

  Accounting of New loans, Interest/Instalment posting, closure of loans

• Export Collection:

  Monitoring collection with banks and update for accounting.

• Vendor Payment:

  Making payments to vendors on a daily basis. Knowledge on accounting of single and APP payments in SAP

• Online Payment:

  Making electricity payments to government with various states.

• MIS Follow up:

  Accounting of receipts, return, and mismatch with UTR updation for payments in SAP.

• DD:

  Arranging DD on need basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Educational qualifications: B.Com/M.Com
• Experience : 2 to 5 years
• Age : 22 to 25 Years

Knowledge:

• Knowledge on Treasury and Accounting

Skills:

• Co-ordination and Communication.
