Treasury Executive

Role Overview

The Junior Treasury Executive will support and managing daily treasury

operations, monitoring cash flows, coordinating with banks, and assisting in

investment-related activities. This role requires the highest level of confidentiality,

financial discipline, and accuracy while ensuring timely execution of payments,

reporting, and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and update daily cash balances, inflows, and outflows for family office accounts.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports for management.
• Handle payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with banks, brokers, and investment partners for documentation and transactions.
• Assist in managing fixed deposits, bonds, mutual funds, and other treasury investments.
• Support in evaluating short-term and long-term liquidity requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide MIS, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in handling audits and ensuring confidentiality of family financial data.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting, and basic ERP/finance systems.
• Good understanding of banking operations, financial instruments, and investments.
• Strong ethical standards, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Discretion & confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with bankers, auditors, and advisors.
• Proactive, disciplined, and reliable in meeting timelines.
• Eagerness to learn wealth management and treasury strategies.
