Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all land-related matters including property documents, registration, mutation, title verification, and lease agreements.
Liaise with government authorities, municipal bodies, revenue departments, collector and tehsildar offices, and other regulatory agencies.
Manage land acquisition, lease renewals, and compliance processes.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of statutory approvals, licenses, permissions, and NOCs.
Coordinate with legal consultants for resolving land/property disputes.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of land/property files, agreements, and contracts.
Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of all property and legal documents.
Regularly update management on the status, risks, and progress of land and government-related matters.
Provide administrative support for other government-related dealings (labour, excise, environment, etc.) as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 to 7 years of relevant experience in land matters and government liaisoning.
Graduate in Law / Administration / Commerce (Law background preferred).
Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and local revenue regulations.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills with government departments.
Proven ability to manage disputes and resolve issues effectively.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.
