  • Manage client onboarding processes, collecting and verifying required documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and activation
  • Handle client requests for account maintenance, such as updates and modifications Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support account offboarding processes, including account closures and data archiving Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
  • Meet the set SLAs consistently Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and reviews Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and security
