Treasury Analyst

As a Treasury Analyst reporting to the Senior Executive Accounts in Bangalore, your role involves managing treasury operations with a focus on maintaining financial integrity and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding basic accounting and finance principles to effectively handle treasury operations. - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting. - Communicating effectively with internal teams and banking partners through written and verbal channels. - Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or process gaps. - Managing time efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Working both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve treasury objectives. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (Masters degree or professional certification is a plus). - Knowledge of treasury management systems like Kyriba and experience with banking platforms, preferably U.S. and Canadian banks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
