Responsibilities: Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute automation scripts Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Requirements: Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related field. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices. Experience leading and managing teams of quality assurance engineers and test automation engineers. Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI. Strong experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or Ruby. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases. Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor Master degree in Computer Science or a related field.
