Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Executive will focus on creating customized travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. The role involves identifying client needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction by curating the best possible travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client communication
• Knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations and tour planning
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
