Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-ground business development activities across European markets, with a strong focus on
German or French-speaking regions
.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new property partners/suppliers to expand market penetration and supply strength.
Build strong commercial relationships through physical market visits, partner meetings and negotiations.
Act as the primary communication bridge for partners in German/French language ensuring clarity, trust, and issue resolution.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and commercial feasibility analysis to drive strategic expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Operations, Product, Finance) to optimize performance and ensure partner success.
Track, analyze and report business metrics and KPIs with actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in German or French
(spoken & written) along with good command of English.
5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partner/Supply Onboarding, Hospitality, Travel Tech or Real Estate.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across European regions and work independently.
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM/reporting tools.
Prior international exposure is an added advantage.
