Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of high-quality travel experiences, while ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. You’ll also play a key role in vendor coordination, client communication, and on-ground support during tours and events. We need candidates with a strong “will-do” attitude who are proactive, dependable, and eager to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities for group and individual tours.
  • Liaise with vendors, guides, and local partners for smooth execution of travel services.
  • Respond to client queries, share itineraries, and manage special requests with professionalism.
  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Attend outdoor meetings, vendor site visits, and coordinate logistics on-site when needed.
  • Participate in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) events, trade shows, and travel fairs to support business growth.
  • Travel with groups occasionally to ensure service quality and handle real-time issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Passion for travel and willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities
  • Familiarity with popular destinations across India, the Middle East, and Asia
  • Basic knowledge of travel software/systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,044.00 - ₹30,368.00 per month
