As a Travel Specialist / Sr. Travel Specialist at our company, your role involves achieving growth and successfully hitting assigned tasks. You will be responsible for building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them. Additionally, staying updated on all new products launched by the organization and effectively communicating with Vendors/Suppliers across the world for the best rates & services for travelers is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve growth and hit assigned tasks successfully - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Understand all new products launched by the organization - Manage Sales and Marketing, pitch to individual and corporate clients for International & Domestic Holiday packages - Communicate with Vendors/Suppliers across the world for the best rates & services - Prepare quotations/itinerary based on travel requirements - Handle multiple priorities without compromising delivery & schedule - Utilize knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, and experience in hotel Suppliers - Drive the sales process from plan to close - Mentor, coach, and manage people effectively - Demonstrate strong business sense and industry expertise - Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills Qualifications Required: - Outstanding English written & verbal skills - Basic Computer knowledge - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive is a plus - Experience in the Travel Industry is a plus - Commitment to continuous education and improvement - Creative problem solver with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions - General knowledge of Web / Internet technologies You will play a crucial role in meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
