Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales & Reservations Executive, located in South Delhi. The Travel Sales & Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating with clients for their travel needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, maintaining up-to-date records of bookings, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems
• Sales experience with the ability to HHGMMidentify and close opportunities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business, or related field
