Travel Sales Executive

Job Title: Travel Sales Executive (Remote)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential travelers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable travel packages, and closing sales. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience while helping travelers plan memorable trips. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calling to potential customers and provide detailed information about travel packages Understand customer travel preferences and create customized itineraries Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for travel packages Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Maintain customer database, follow-ups, and booking records Provide support and guidance to travelers before and after booking Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of trips Requirements: Prior telesales or customer service experience (travel domain preferred) Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written) Ability to create travel itineraries and basic travel costing Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a passion for sales Ability to work remotely with dedicated time commitment Basic computer and internet literacy (CRM/Google Sheets experience is a bonus) Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in travel sales or tourism industry Knowledge of popular domestic destinations (Northeast India experience is an advantage but not mandatory) Ability to handle multiple leads and manage time effectively What We Offer Remote work flexibility Performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing travel brand Training & ongoing support
