Job Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy, and travel-enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Travel Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable using digital and AI tools, and passionate about creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and drive sales of customized travel packages.
• Prepare package costings and create itineraries using AI tools and other digital resources.
• Prepare, share, and follow up on itineraries, quotations, and confirmations in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer management hygiene, including prompt responses and consistent follow-ups.
• Work within fixed hours, ensuring daily progress reports and proper communication with the management team.
• Maintain office hygiene, including structured reporting and no unnotified absences.
• Keep customer and sales data organized using MS Word and Excel.
• Develop and update knowledge of regional geography, destinations, and experiences.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly communication experience for every client.

Skills & Requirements

• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Passionate about travel and eager to explore destinations across the Northeast.
• Technically savvy, with the ability to learn and use new tools (including AI-powered travel planning tools).
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to consistent performance.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
