Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to specialize in international destinations. Whether you are a fresher with a passion for travel or an experienced professional, this role offers an exciting opportunity to craft and sell customized international travel packages. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume inquiries and convert qualified leads into bookings Design and sell customized travel packages based on client preferences Advise clients on destinations, hotels, activities, visas, and travel insurance Maximize upselling opportunities for add-ons like excursions, upgrades, etc. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems Stay current with global travel trends, airline policies, and partner offers Preferred Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and sales skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Patience and perseverance when unforeseen issues arise Ability to work independently or with a team if needed Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, sale of packages. Knowledge of Hotel, Tours & Transfers, Attractions procedures via online or other procedure. Must have ability to help out our clients if they have any problems during their trip. Managing complete operations of holidays Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to understand their specific needs/requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel sales or consultancy Strong understanding of international travel destinations and visa processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with reservation tools, booking engines, or GDS platforms Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-obsessed Experience with B2C travel sales preferred Benefits Official Cell phone Official Laptop Monthly + Weekly Incentives on achieving given Sales targets Shift Timings 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (6 Days) Sunday Fixed off & Other National Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: TRAVEL SALES: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
