Travel Sales Executive

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives who can confidently sell our tour packages, cruises, watersports combos, and hotel deals in Goa. You’ll handle daily WhatsApp inquiries, follow up on ad leads, and ensure seamless travel bookings for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
• Suggest the best package based on customer needs (honeymoon, group, family, adventure)
• Explain trip details, itineraries, inclusions, pickup points, and pricing clearly
• Follow up with potential customers and close bookings confidently
• Coordinate with the backend team for booking confirmations
• Share location, PDFs, maps, and booking instructions post-confirmation
• Maintain proper record of leads, bookings, payments, and follow-ups
• Hit daily/weekly sales targets and report to the Team Lead

✅ Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in travel or hotel sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (other languages a plus)
• Must be comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram leads, and Google Maps
• Basic understanding of Goa’s tourist locations, routes, and hotel categories
• Friendly, persuasive, and quick in follow-up
