Telemarketer

We are seeking a confident and motivated female telecaller to assist in handling customer inquiries, sharing travel package details, and coordinating bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer tools. Key Responsibilities: Attend incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers Provide detailed information on available travel packages and services Follow up with interested leads to convert them into bookings Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmations and schedules Maintain lead data and daily updates in Excel/Google Sheets Ensure professional and timely communication with clients Candidate Requirements: Female candidates only (age 18–35 preferred) Good spoken Hindi & basic English Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp Business & basic apps Punctual, polite, and persuasive communication style Prior experience in telecalling or travel sales is preferred but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,745.27 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
