Sales Manager – Travel Operations

Happy Travel Tales is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across our Goa & pan-India travel business. You will strategize campaigns, manage high-performing sales teams, and drive both B2C and B2B revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly sales targets & revenue strategies
• Manage performance of the inside sales and agent team
• Optimize sales funnels from Facebook Ads, Google Ads & WhatsApp
• Expand B2B partnerships with hotels, agents, and travel vendors
• Report KPIs to founders and suggest performance improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales leadership (travel/tours preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Goa tourism products & packages
• Fluent in sales CRMs, WhatsApp automation tools, and funnel tracking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,590.37 - ₹118,288.28 per month
