Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer, based in Ranchi. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, promoting Mount Magica's services, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
Experience in Customer Service and managing client relationships
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
