Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.

• Diagnose clients' specifications and wishes to suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Build relationships with clients and manage bookings to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to diagnose clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of travel packages, hotel booking, and travel booking is essential.
• Experience as a Sales Executive, OPERATOR, or in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with direct sales and telecalling techniques is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
