Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and reservations for clients. Other duties include providing personalized travel consultation, assisting customers with travel queries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The role requires maintaining excellent customer service and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of travel software or systems is a plus
• Experience in coordinating travel to Bhutan and Vietnam is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is advantageous
