Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with clients over calls, emails, and chats to understand their travel needs.
• Suggest the best domestic and international travel packages based on their preferences.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance from senior mentors.
• Stay updated on trending destinations, itineraries, and travel offerings.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a hassle-free experience for travellers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Recent graduates (any stream) or final-year students.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• A people-friendly attitude with confidence in client interaction.
• Passion for travel and eagerness to learn the business side of tourism.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
