Travel Sales Consultant

As a Customer Service Consultant at our organization, your role includes creating happy customers and retaining them by providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for offering consultation services to address potential clients" interest in Visas, determining the suitability of candidates" visas. This consultation will be conducted primarily through email, telephone, chats, and Interakt. Additionally, you will be presenting and marketing holiday packages and tourist visa services to both current and potential clients. To achieve monthly targets, you will need to prepare action plans and project the number of contacts to be made. Following up on new leads, creating referrals from existing leads, identifying sales prospects, and resolving client concerns are also key responsibilities. It is crucial to develop and maintain sales materials, possess current product knowledge, and establish strong relationships with both current and potential clients. Regular follow-up on inquiries is essential, while ensuring no escalations occur in the sales process. You will also be expected to perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager to contribute to the smooth running of the organization. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduation or Post Graduate degree in any stream. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the native language are essential. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve and generate quality leads and sales from their respective regions is a core aspect of this position. Strong communication skills, convincing power, presentability with guiding skills, and a strong desire to learn are also necessary to be successful in this role.
