Sales Executive – Travel Sales

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries for both national and international travel packages.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and chats to understand their travel requirements.
• Suggest and sell suitable travel packages tailored to customer preferences.
• Close sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless booking and travel experience.
• Keep updated with destination trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in travel sales (domestic and international).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, itineraries, and visa formalities.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and meet monthly sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other basic digital tools.
• Based in Kolkata or nearby region (preferred).
• Positive attitude and a passion for the travel industry.
