Travel Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PPC Sales Agent specializing in flight booking services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting high-intent leads generated through Pay-Per-Click campaigns into successful bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and knowledge of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries generated through PPC campaigns.
• Understand customer travel requirements and provide the best possible flight booking solutions.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as baggage, seat selection, or travel insurance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and fare rules.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
• Ensure accurate data entry and booking details in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months–2 years in flight booking sales (B2C preferred).
• Knowledge: GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes.
• Education: Graduate or equivalent (Travel/Tourism background preferred).
• Availability: Willing to work in shifts if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
