Travel Sales Consultant

As a Travel Sales Consultant at Byko Journeys, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages and recommending the best options based on their preferences. By gathering and analyzing information on various travel destinations, including pricing, weather, language, currency, and customs, you will be instrumental in curating personalized and unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Your responsibilities will also include selling appropriate tour packages to customers, guiding them through the booking process, and negotiating and accommodating customizations or modifications requested by clients. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in Domestic and International Sales would be advantageous, along with strong sales and negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with clients, are essential for success in this position.
