Travel Sales Consultant

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle and convert inbound queries into sales. You will be required to conduct research on destinations, travel prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. Your tasks will involve identifying suitable travel options that align with clients" needs, planning and organizing travels, booking tickets, reserving accommodations, and arranging rental transportation. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing clients about travel details and providing relevant materials such as guides, maps, and event programs. Collecting deposits and balances, offering various services, staying updated on industry trends, and nurturing client relationships are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Travel consultant with a good understanding of travel software, especially Amadeus and Sabre software. Strong convincing skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in rotational shifts are crucial for success in this position. There is no salary limitation for deserving candidates.
