Location: Jaipur, Sitapura

Work Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Rotational weekly off

Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 CTC per month (depending on interview performance) + Incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with a strong sales mindset. The role involves advising clients, planning and booking travel experiences, and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to final confirmation.

Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred; however, applicants with experience in Customer Service Executive (CSE) roles or similar and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply, provided they have the drive and mindset to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from potential travelers through calls, chats, and emails.

Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel destinations, packages, and itineraries.

Provide detailed information on travel options, pricing, availability, and booking procedures.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively presenting and upselling relevant travel products.

Maintain accurate client records, payment details, and booking confirmations in the system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers to provide informed recommendations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth travel booking and after-sales process.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Handle post-booking support, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.

Maintain professionalism and provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior sales experience in any industry, preferably travel or hospitality.

If no sales experience, prior experience in customer service or client-handling roles is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
