About the Role

MICE & Travel Consultant

You will lead end-to-end travel management for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive trips — ensuring every journey is smooth, cost-effective, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Event Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their MICE and travel requirements.
Design and manage end-to-end travel logistics for domestic and international conferences, incentives, and events. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution of all travel and event components. Handle travel-related requests for delegates, speakers, and groups — from itinerary planning to onsite coordination.

Operational Excellence

Coordinate visa assistance, travel documentation, and insurance as required.
Ensure compliance with clients’ travel policies and Tumodo’s service standards. Handle last-minute changes, rebookings, and disruptions with professionalism and speed. Provide on-ground or remote support during key MICE events and trips when required.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with travel trends, event technologies, and destination updates.
Contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives for smoother MICE operations. Participate in training and development to strengthen expertise in MICE and corporate travel management.
