Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel MICE (Business Sales Head) based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle travel management, including booking and coordinating business trips and events, and provide exceptional customer service to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage Business Travel effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
