Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Management Specialist located in Ernakulam. The Travel Management Specialist will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements, managing business trips, and streamlining travel processes. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients through high-quality support and communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for corporate or personal travel needs
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in handling Business Travel requirements and an understanding of the related logistics
• Attention to detail and the ability to resolve travel-related challenges efficiently
• Proven ability to manage schedules, preferences, and documentation related to travel
• Familiarity with travel software and booking platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
