Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive located in Ernakulam. The Travel Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel plans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include booking flights and accommodations, creating travel itineraries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

Skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Consulting
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Travel Management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in travel-related software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
