Travel & Expense - SME

You will be responsible for reviewing T&E reports in the expense tool as per the Global T&E policy and ensuring that expenses align with internal and external Regulatory/Tax requirements. Additionally, you will create Business Reporting, handle various processes including the corporate card management program and accounting review, and ensure all processes adhere to agreed SLAs and T&E controls. Furthermore, you will prepare monthly reports of the processes handled and be accountable for developing and maintaining key Metrics that drive the success of the T&E program. Your role will also involve continuous improvement of processes, developing a relationship framework with Internal customers for continuous feedback, and participating in other ad hoc projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-3 years of T&E experience in a large organization - Knowledge of working with Neo is desirable - Good accounting knowledge - Ability to apply independent judgment to resolve or escalate issues - Self-motivated Team lead with excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Good stakeholder management skills - Flexible approach to work - Strong verbal and written communication skills Please note the Job Location is Hyderabad with work from the office requirement and the work hours are in UK shift with Drop Facility available.
