Job Description

Responsibilities Making Itineraries for various destinations across Asian countries. Deriving hotel and other package rates from OTA's/ offline suppliers. Handling day to day queries of the clients. Getting ticket details worked out as according to the client’s requirement in liaison with the ticketing department. Finalisation of bookings and getting it passed on to the clients. After Sale Services. Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and handling complaints Handle refunds and credit requests Qualifications Graduate or equivalent Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems and proficiency in google sheet. Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries and coordinate with Airlines. additional Information Job Title: Making itineraries for destinations across Asian countries Work Environment: This role involves a significant amount of direct contact with customers and requires standing and walking for extended periods.
