Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent based in Kolkata. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements by booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, as well as handling reservations. The role includes providing excellent customer service to assist clients with travel inquiries, preparing customized travel itineraries, and managing sales activities to promote travel packages and services. The Travel Agent will also need to manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the travel process.

Qualifications

• Experience in making Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience with Car Rental services
• Proficient in Sales and promoting travel packages and services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel Management or related field is preferred
